The 30 Day Blood Sugar Challenge is the first type of physician – athlete coaching that allows you to “see” inside of your body and metabolism and track data to help you improve your life.
1. 30 days of continuous blood sugar monitoring with daily instruction and content to help you understand how your body works, why we gain weight, why we loose weight, what foods and snacks are best for you and what foods to avoid, how many calories you need in a day and much much more.
Tracking of your Macros over 30 days. Keeping track of your calories and macronutrients is the key to changing your body composition/physique or weight loss. Do you want to gain muscle, drop an inch from your waist or lose weight? Have you asked yourself what foods you should eat and what foods you should avoid? How about what is best to eat before or after training? Do you have enough energy for the work day and training or are you feeling tired and sluggish? You are already doing the hard work of eating well and exercising daily. Tracking your macros is a large part of the puzzle. We will use one of the latest apps. If you don’t know what “Macros” are then you definitely need to sign up!!
3. Once you sign up there is a “PreWeek” that gets you started with the apps and knowledge you need to collect data that will help you throughout the course. Week’s 1 through 4 have themes and topics that take you through content that will teach you how your body works and how your blood sugar effects your health.
4. The 30 Day Blood Sugar Challenge is currently being offered to a limited number of people for the beta version. The June 2018 seminar has started and is closed. The July 2018 seminar sign up begins 15 June 2018. This seminar challenges you while teaching what is best for you as a unique individual.
